Our company purchased a Taskalfa 250ci Kyocera printer from Quality about 2 months ago. I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the printer. Before, I was using a regular small HP printer that was "built to handle” my large number of mailings and marketing pieces that I do on a day to day basis. It was nothing but a hassle for about 4 years. I tried several different small office printers that were a pretty hefty price, and none of them seemed to last for too long. I was constantly calling manufacturers to buy new parts and trade in my broken printers for new ones, which took 2 to 3 weeks to get, talk about putting a wrench in my work schedule! Plus the amount of ink I was going through was enormous! I don't even want to think of the cost of all the ink we were buying in a year's time, I was ordering cartridges offline almost every week. Now that I have the Taskalfa, my life has become much easier, my jobs quicker, and the overall product is so much more professional and has a beautiful clean look to it. I love the versatility of the machine. I use it all the time to scan in multiple things, from my architectural drawings to brochures. It is very easy to use. We decided to go under a service contract with Quality which has turned out to be a great idea. Quality is a great company, who is quick and friendly with any service that you need. I got into a crunch with a mailing job I was doing about a month ago and called Quality in a panic because I had run out of all of my toner. They were out here with several replacement toners within a half an hour. I think they are a great team to work with. Also any other little service issues, they are quick to come out and take care of. I also wanted to mention that I think the pieces that I create on the printer make our company look very professional. Instead of going through other companies and paying triple the cost. I can just design my own pieces and print them out to look like they came from a printing company. I am very happy that our company decided to go with Quality and purchase a machine that is becoming a great asset to our company and saving me loads of time.
